Meet Stef
Hi, I’m Stef — mum, food lover, and the creator behind Stef’s Mini Chefs.
What started as a passion for nourishing my own children has grown into a space where little people can explore food, creativity, confidence and connection in a fun, hands-on environment.
Through professionally designed cooking workshops, I help children develop a positive relationship with food from an early age. Together, we prepare nutritious snacks using mostly organic, fresh, locally sourced ingredients while learning valuable life skills along the way. From mixing and measuring to discovering new flavours and textures, every workshop is designed to spark curiosity and build confidence in the kitchen.
I believe children are far more likely to enjoy healthy foods when they are involved in creating them. By making food education fun, practical and engaging, my goal is to help raise a generation of well-nourished, food-curious children who feel empowered to explore, create and connect through cooking.
Based on the Mornington Peninsula, Stef’s Mini Chefs is more than a cooking class, It’s a joyful learning experience where children and their grown-ups can slow down, create memories, and discover the magic of food together.
